Is there a limit to the amount of submissions/messages that I can have in my book?

No, you can share your response link with as many family and friends as you like to make your book extra special and memorable. There is a maximum page limit possible in the book.

What size is the Gratbook?

Our beautiful hardcover and softcover Gratbooks are 8” x 8”.

Why only one photo per response?

In order to charge a fixed price for the books, and allow the focus to be on the words as much as the photos, we only allow one photo per entry. Feel free to replace existing photos if you like others better.

Can I change the design of the book?

Coming later! For now, we have one timeless book design.

How much does a Gratbook cost?

As of the moment, we offer two types of Gratbooks, the softcover book which costs $60 and the hardcover book which costs $75. There is also an option to crowdfund a book where you can split your payment between your friends to make it a group gift. All you have to do is check the “crowdfund” box on signup.

What if I am not satisfied with the digital experience or the book arrives after delivery date?

If for any reason you are not pleased with your Gratbook experience before printing, or if the book arrives after the delivery date, you can send us an email at contact@gratbook.com and we will give you a 100% refund. We do expect customers to review their book’s entries and photos before sending to print, and therefore rarely offer refunds after the books have been printed.

How can I allow others to help pay for the book?

Select crowdfund option. You will pay a lower price up front, and others will be able to contribute and help cover the rest.
